Our Team

As Executive Vice President, Tony brings more than 17 years of life insurance expertise and distribution development to One Resource Group. In his role over the past 12 years with ORG, Tony assists agents and advisors with advanced marketing concepts, agency development and point of sale support with affluent clientele, also licensed in all 50 states. He also works with national accounts and large distribution partners with agency build out and developing infrastructure processes.

Tony is the Variable Principal for ORG; holding his FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities licenses, as well as his insurance licenses in 40+ states. Prior to joining One Resource Group, Tony was an Independent Advisor with New York Life Insurance Company. Tony worked directly with new clients to assist them with their family, business and estate planning. Tony received his Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Organizational Leadership and Supervision and was a member of the Purdue Fort Wayne baseball team.

Tony has been married for the past 16 years and has three wonderful boys. He is also actively involved in the community, his church and is a member of several foundations and charities in the Fort Wayne area. His second job is a traveling base coach for his son’s 10U baseball team. In his minimal free time, he enjoys attending Notre Dame Football Games, golf, traveling and spending as much time as he can with his family.

Josh Crismore has been a licensed insurance agent for over five years. Josh helps clients develop solutions for their goals by protecting their families, creating tax efficient retirement strategies, and wealth transfers.

Josh graduated from Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelors of Science in Public Affairs. Previously, Josh was a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual in Fort Wayne, IN for two years.  In this role, Josh worked directly with clients to develop wholistic financial plans that consisted of defensive risk protection and offensive growth strategies.

Josh currently resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He is the father of two children. Josh is actively involved in his community and his church. In his free time Josh enjoys Indianapolis Colts football games, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.

Caleb has held his life and health insurance license since 2013. Since joining One Resource Group, his focus has been on annuity products. Caleb has become a trusted expert for many top financial advisors across the country.

At ORG Private Client, Caleb is called in to provide guidance on all cases where an annuity is provided as a solution to a client.

Caleb has been married to his wife Paula since 2011. They currently reside in Markle, IN with their three children: Mathieu, Jacob, and Greyson. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys coaching youth baseball. He and Paula lead Children’s Ministries at their church

As a mother of two and a grandmother of four, she currently resides in Markle, Indiana, with her husband of 35+ years. She enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, bike rides, and riding her motorcycle.
